1. Email the following information to rachaelchambersart@gmail.com 

- Full Name

- Painting material, size, and orientation (horizontal, vertical, square, etc).

- Provide 1-3 reference photos of what you would like to have painted, if possible.

- Include your wants and ideas of what you hope to receive in this commission. The more information, the better.

- Colors you love/want to avoid:

- Can this piece be shown in progress on social media, or would you prefer to keep it private?

2. Sign the contract that will be sent to your email.

​

3. Pay the deposit.

The initial $100 deposit fee will go towards your total commission cost.

​

4. Work begins!

Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, work will begin on your painting. I will send a few sketches and color swatches for you to review and choose from.

5. Rachael will email progress photos.

Images will be sent halfway through for feedback or minor edits. Once the painting is completed and final photos are sent, any major edits will be subject to an additional 10% charge.

6. Pay the commission fee.

An invoice will be sent with the final total for completed work, including shipping if applicable.

7. Delivery!

Once the invoice is paid, I'll get the work to you! The timeline for completed work is a minimum of 2 weeks (for quick drying materials) to 3 months (for oils). Work can be shipped for an additional fee, picked up at the studio, or hand delivered within the Spokane area. ​​​​
