My work uses color and fluorescent details to highlight the intersection of joy and reverence while amplifying the importance of everyday moments. I believe wholeheartedly that it is in these moments that life is lived and memories are created. Through my oil paintings and multimedia/textile based work, I create vivid, high-contrast images that explore the idea of yearning and anticipated nostalgia. By expressing this sentiment through a variety of mediums and subject matter, I am able to bring a high octane, candy-colored energy to the objects and experiences that make up our lives.
